Personal Training Available
Please call Kelli Pirkle @ 678-591-8464for more information about Personal Training at the Family Life Center. Whether you're new to working out or a regular exerciser trying to achieve better results, we can help you  with one-on-one personal training sessions.  Cardio coaching is also available. 
            Cost: per hour session $45

Mom's Morning Out
We offer Mom's Morning Out every Thursday morning from 9am to 1pm. This program is for children 18 months up to 4 years of age. The cost is $10 for the first child and $6 for each sibling. Parents should call the FLC at 770-535-0478sign their child up. Also, parents, please pack a sack lunch and drink for your child. While attending children will play in Kiddie City, make crafts, and jump in our blow-up moonwalk!

We Need Volunteers!

The FLC relies heavily on wonderful volunteers to work our front desk greeting our members, checking in our guests, and helping our staff. We are often in need of new volunteers who would be willing to give one three hour slot of their time each month. If you are interested in volunteering your time, please call Liz Coates at 770-535-0478We rent space
The FLC has space available for birthday parties, baby showers or other events.  We rent basketball court space and party space.  Please contact Liz Isandoro to make reservations or for more information

Visit www.goodmeasuremeals.com to learn about meal programs that could help you with a range of dietary related issues from obesity to diabetes.  Good Measure Meals is non-profit organization that provides meal plans as part of a great ministry called Open Hand.  All proceeds from Good Measure Meals go to Open Hand who provides nutritious meals to families in need.
